Manufacture of prototypes - in close partnership with the customer

COVI PRECISION has extensive experience in the development and manufacture of prototypes. Working closely with the customer, we are often involved in the product development process itself. Projects range from the manufacture of simple mechanical components to the provision of complex precision solutions.

A rapid, flexible working process is often required when working with prototypes. We therefore help our customers to clearly define what is required and ensure that we and the customer understand what is expected before we commence any work.

We operate computerised processes, which can often accept the customer's own electronic files. This allows us to quickly and readily modify the design of a prototype to meet the customer's exact specifications.

COVI PRECISION works with prototypes in two ways:

     • Development of the prototype most suitable for further product development
     • Manufacture of a prototype that will later be put into series production

Our systematic approach to quality control and documentation ensures consistent, high-quality products for our customers.
